The ordinary version of the JUTAI safety light curtain is an outstanding safety protection device meticulously crafted for industrial environments.

• Single Beam Blocking: When a single beam in the light curtain is blocked, it needs to be continuously blocked for 2 seconds before an output signal is generated. This design prevents frequent triggering caused by brief passage of small objects and effectively reduces false alarms.
• Multiple Beams Blocking: As soon as two or more beams are blocked, the relay signal outputs immediately to ensure prompt response to potential dangerous situations, promptly stopping equipment operation and ensuring personnel safety.

• Infrared Emission: The sensor emits an infrared beam via an infrared emitter
• Beam Propagation: The emitted beam travels along a predefined path
• Target Interaction: Objects crossing the beam interact with infrared light
• Reflection or Scattering: The receiver captures reflected or scattered infrared light
• Signal Processing: Captured signal is processed to analyze parameters
• Output Results: Processed data outputs as electrical or digital signals

1. Remove Covers and Connect Wires: Detach top and bottom covers, connect wires and guide through threaded port
2. Position and Mark Holes: Confirm installation position, align transmitter and receiver in parallel, mark hole positions
3. Drill and Fix: Use percussion drill to create holes, insert wall plugs and secure with screws
4. Mount Transmitter and Receiver: Use M3*25 screws to mount on wall, connect power supply, test alignment and adjust angle if needed
5. Replace Covers and Final Testing: Reattach covers using M2*8 screws, perform final operational test

Using unique infrared technology, it can be used under direct sunlight with stable detection distance of 20 meters.
