JUTAI develops a multi-functional underground loop detection system that can be used as dual channel loop detectors. Users can utilize one dual channel loop detector unit with two-channel loop coils for activating entrance card dispensers, while another coil is used for barrier gate safety closing loop. Dual Channel Loop Detector Features
- Compact Size: Compact and well-engineered housing that combines all industry requirements regarding features and functionality, allowing integration into any existing traffic detection system.
- Diagnostic Capabilities: Comprehensive diagnostics allow for accurate diagnosis of loop and installation problems.
- Selectable Presence Time: The output of the presence relay can be selected to limit detect output to a fixed time (time>30 minutes) while a vehicle remains on the loop.
- Loop Frequency Indication: Interference between adjacent loop/detectors can be determined by an integral indication and eliminated by changing the frequency setting.
- Direction Detection: If the vehicle moves from CH1 to CH2, then CH1 relay output; if the vehicle moves from CH2 to CH1, then CH2 relay output.
- Sensitivity Selection: Sensitivity and frequency of the loop can be adjusted by 7-way dip switch and 10-way dip switch setting.

Sensitivity Selection
Sensitivity and frequency adjustment is achieved through a 7-way dip switch and 10-way dip switch settings. Users can select from 8 different settings by adjusting the dip switch positions according to the tables provided. Dip switches 6, 7, and 8 control CH1 sensitivity, with 0.8 being the least sensitive and 0.015 being the most sensitive. Dip switches 3, 4, and 5 control CH2 sensitivity, with 0.8 being the least sensitive and 0.015 being the most sensitive.
Switch Configuration
Switch 1=S1: Channel 1 Loop Function Selection (10 way dip switch)
(1) DIP 1 & DIP 2: Special Sensitivity Increase For Both Trailer (Both Channels)
(2) D3, D4, D5 and (Switch 2=S2) D1, D2: Setting Special Functions (Mode1, 2, 3 Direction Detection. Mode 4, 5, 6 Normal mode, two loop detection are separated)
(3) D6 & D7 & D8 and (Switch 2=S2) D3 & D4 & D5: Setting CH1 and CH2 Sensitivity Selection (Eight Levels Choices)
(4) D9 & D10 and (Switch2=S2) D6, D7: Setting Frequency (20 K to 100 KHz)
Reset Button: Please note: The LD-200 must be reset every time a setting change is made to the Dip switches.
Installation Precautions and Troubleshooting
- Coil Cutting Size and Embedding Guidelines are as shown in the diagram on the right
- It is recommended to use ferromagnetic wires for the induction coil, with a total length of up to 500 meters
- The cutting size of the coil should be a rectangle with a length of 1.0 to 2.0 meters and a width of 0.8 to 1.2 meters, avoiding right angles at corners as much as possible

Direction Recognition
The Direction Recognition Function of LD-200/LD-202 ensures that the detector does not trigger the signal again when the car passes another UHF reader, recording only the entry or exit records in the system.

JUTAI LD200/202 double channels vehicle loop detector series, equipped with direction recognition function, suitable for many single-channel entry and exit cases. Can connect to JUTAI One door controller (Model: AC-11), JUTAI gate barrier (Model: BR-110), and JUTAI long-range RFID reader (Model: PUHF-9), combined with high-temperature resistance loop coils (Model: JTHT-11), ideal for single-channel entry/exit access control systems.
Dual Functionality
LD-200/202 can function as two independent single-channel loop detectors, suitable for standard one-in and one-out parking lots. One loop coil triggers the reader and reads the card, while the other is dedicated to the barrier's anti-smashing function. This configuration reduces hardware costs associated with using separate detectors for each function, offering potential cost-saving benefits from an economic standpoint. Achieved by enabling the Independent Working Mode feature of the LD-200/202, allowing it to operate effectively in this dual capacity.
